Our verification service is now available and easy to access.
Our verification service is only available if you intend to submit documents verified by the British Council to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) for legalisation purposes (Apostille) and therefore you need the original documents to be stamped (degree certificates are stamped overleaf).
The service is exclusively offered remotely, and you can use it quickly and easily from anywhere, at any time!
You can submit your document(s) by courier and have the verification you have requested delivered to you by courier.

Please note:
- You will need to make your own arrangements for courier dispatch to and from the British Council Athens office and arrange payment via your bank.
- ACS courier service terms (i.e. special rates and payments upon delivery) do not apply for this service.
- You may also use any courier company of your choice.
